32 onzas yogurt llano sin grasa
3/4 onzas agua
1 cucharadita caldo de pollo (polvo o gránulos o
1 cubos)

Método:
1. Disuelva el caldo en el agua
2. Combine el agua y el yogurt en una licuadora y licue cuidadosamente.
3. Vierta en recipientes pequeños plásticos, cubra con papel aluminio y congele.

Usted puede reciclar los tubos pequeños de plástico que vienen con el helado de vainilla que sostienen 1/2 de copa.
A los perros les encanta esto.

Puede hacerlos con fruta en lugar de caldo para comerlos usted mismo.

Method:
1. Dissolve boullion in water
2. Combine water and yogurt in blender and blend thoroughly
3. Pour into small plastic containers, cover with tin foil and freeze

You can recycle the little plastic tubs that come with vanilla ice cream in
them that hold about 1/2 cup
Dogs love these.

You can make them with fruit instead of boullion to eat yourself.
