2 zanahorias

1 cucharada canela
1 cucharada nuez moscada

En un procesador de comida haga puré la manzana. Ralle las zanahorias con un rallador de mano. En un tazón mezcle todos los ingredientes y agregue el puré de manzana. Mezcle todos los ingredientes profundamente.

Combine los ingredientes secos. Agregue los ingredientes líquidos a los ingredientes secos y mezcle profundamente. Desechando las esquinas y la parte de abajo del tazón para asegurarse que nada de la mezcla seca se quede. Con un sacador de helado, llene una cacerola de muffin 3/4 lleno , coloque aerosol no pegajoso. Cocine al horno a 350 por 1 hora aproximadamente. Rinde de 12-14 muffins.

In food processor puree the apple. Shred carrot with hand shredder. In a
bowl mix all wet ingredients together and add pureed apple. Mix wet
ingredients thoroughly.

Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly,
scraping sides and bottom of the bowl to be sure none of the dry mixture
is left. With an ice cream scoop, fill a muffin pan 3/4 full, sprayed with
a nonstick spray. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Yield: 12 to 14
muffins.
