Combine lo siguiente:

1 taza de agua caliente (a mi me gusta utilizar caldo caliente)
1 leche seca de envoltura
2 cucharaditas de caldo

Agregue lo siguiente a la mezcla del caldo:

3/4 de taza de aceite
2 huevos
2 cucharadas azúcar moreno
5 tazas harina de trigo integral

Revuelva para formar una pasta dura. Enrolle y corte en figuras. Cubra una bandeja con papel aluminio y coloque las galletas en ella. Cocine al horno a 300 grados F (148 C.), por 40 minutos, de vuelta a las galletas después de 20 minutos.


Combine the following:

1 cup hot water (I like to use hot broth)
1 envelope dry milk
2 tsp. bouillon

Add the following to the bouillon mixture:

3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. brown sugar
5 cups whole wheat flour

Stir to form a very stiff dough. Roll out and cut into shapes. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and place cookies on it. Bake at 300 degrees F for 40 minutes, turning cookies over after 20 minutes.
