1 1/2 tazas harina de maiz
1 taza aceite vegetal
2 cucharada aceite vegetal (para engrasar la bandeja)
2 tazas caldo de res
6 tazas harina de trigo integral
1 huevo

Precaliente el horno a 350 F. ( 176 C. ) . Mezcle todos los ingredientes, enrolle a 1/4 de grueso , corte en figuras. Cocine al horno de 35 a 40 minutos.

1 cup Vegetable oil
2 tbs. Vegetable oil (for greasing tray)
2 cups Beef bouillon
6 cups Whole wheat flour
1 Egg

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients, roll out to 1/4" thick, cut into
shapes. Bake 35-40 minutes.
